Is is time to work through your trauma?

Most of us with trauma in our childhood or adult lives reach a point where we feel desperate to move beyond the pain and suffering trauma has inflicted upon our lives.

If now is the time to begin your healing journey, there are two broad options.

1. Trauma work is often best done in the safety of a trusted therapist. There are different types of therapies ranging from talk therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and brainspotting.
